Christopher Wahba, B.Sc., O.L.S., O.L.I.P. - President
Licensed as an Ontario Land Surveyor with the AOLS. Chris was first introduced to land surveying in 1998 as he often recollects those early mornings spent as a summer student observing footing layouts- at the early age of 15. Today, Chris has over 20 years of experience to bring to the table.
Fascinated by surveying from his teenage years, Chris' passion for the profession runs in the genes as he is a second generation OLS.
Chris is a condominium specialist with expertise in all areas of cadastral surveying.
He offers a rare and unique skill set which all clients can benefit from for all diverse project types which include, but not limited to: plan of common element condominiums, lot-line condominiums, stacked condominiums, low and mid-rise condominiums, preparation and execution for marketing sets and registration of disclosure plans and schedules, plan of subdivisions, draft plans for municipal applications, part-lot control plans, severance plans, stratification plans, land title's absolute plans, surveyor's real property reports, grading plans, geodetic control surveys.
